  • 2 pkg. hash browns or 3 lb. diced raw potatoes
  • 1 small cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. milk
  • chopped green onion
  • 2 c. shredded Colby cheese

    Add 1 c. cheese and crushed cereal on top. Bake 1 hour & 15 minutes at 325°.
