  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 3 to 4 chopped green onion
  • 1 small chopped brown onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 6 oz. tub sour cream
  • 1 large can Durkee French fried onions
  • salt and pepper

    Leaving hash browns frozen, mix all ingredients together.

    Put into 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.

    Top with French fried onions. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
