- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 stick margarine
- 5 to 6 medium potatoes, unpeeled
Directions

1Combine dry ingredients and put in plastic bag.

2Scrub potatoes and cut in wedges.

3Melt margarine in 9-inch baking dish. Put wet potatoes in bag and shake.

4Place coated potatoes in dish with butter.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

6Serve with sour cream.
