  • 2 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • vegetable oil
  • seasoned salt
  • 1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Place potato wedges, cut side down, in pan.

    Brush with oil. Sprinkle with salt.

    Broil at 550° until brown, about 5 minutes. Turn over, brush with oil and sprinkle with salt.
