- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper (optional)
Directions

1Cut each potato in 8 wedges.

2Rinse in cold water and drain thoroughly.

3In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except potatoes, until well blended. Add potatoes.

4Toss to coat well. Place potatoes on Pam coated broiler pan.

5Bake at 425° for 30 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender, turning occasionally.
