  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper (optional)

Directions

    Cut each potato in 8 wedges.

    Rinse in cold water and drain thoroughly.
  3. 3
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except potatoes, until well blended. Add potatoes.

    Toss to coat well. Place potatoes on Pam coated broiler pan.

    Bake at 425° for 30 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender, turning occasionally.
