- 1 kg potato
- 1 carrot, cooked, chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped, finely
- 4 tablespoons baby snow peas, frozen
- 2 pickles, polski ogorki jar, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- salt, pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook whole potatoes with the skin until tender. Depends on size of potatoes usually takes 25min.

2Let potatoes cool down and peal the skin.

3Cut into chunks.

4Add cooked carrot, onion, defrosted pea, pickles and mayonnaise.

5Add salt and pepper to taste.
