- 2 lb. hash brown potatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
- 1 stick oleo
- 2 c. sour cream
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Melt butter. Put half of butter in the bottom of casserole dish.

2Mix all ingredients in large bowl.

3Pour into casserole dish.

4Sprinkle top with 2 cups corn flake crumbs.

5Pour the other half of butter on top of corn flakes.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
