  • 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 c. diced onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
  • 1 lb. (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 8 oz. grated sharp cheese
  • 1 stick melted oleo
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. crushed corn flakes or potato chips

Directions

    Mix ingredients well.

    Put into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Sprinkle corn flakes or chips on top.

    Bake at 375° for 1 hour.
