  • 1 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. corn flakes, crushed
  • 1/2 c. green onion, chopped

Directions

    Melt 1/2 cup margarine in baking dish in slow oven.

    Mix potatoes, onion, cheese, sour cream and soup and place in baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Mix corn flakes and 1/2 cup melted margarine.

    Put on top and bake 15 minutes longer.

    Serves 8 to 10.
