- 6 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/3 c. margarine, melted
- 1 c. (4 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Rinse potatoes; dry on paper towels.

2Brush 1 tablespoon margarine onto bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon cheese.

3Coat potatoes with remaining margarine. Arrange single layer of potatoes on bottom and sides of pie plate; sprinkle with cheese.

4Repeat layers.

5Bake at 400° for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.

6Invert immediately onto serving plate.
