  • 6 large potatoes, peeled and boiled
  • 3/4 c. half and half, heated
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chives
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dill weed or seed
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained well

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Grease a 2-quart baking dish. Whip the potatoes with cream, sugar, butter, salt and pepper.

    Add chives, dill weed or seed and spinach. Beat well. Bake for 20 minutes, uncovered.
