  • 1 (20 ounce) package Simply Potatoes
  • 1 bell pepper, any color
  • 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
  • 14 cup butter or 14 cup margarine
  • 12 cup teriyaki sauce

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Lightly spray an 8 x 11 1/2 x 2 casserole dish or pan with cooking spray.

    Dice bell pepper, mushrooms, and butter.

    Add diced ingredients to potatoes and toss together.

    Pour teriyaki sauce over all.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Cook in oven 50-55 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
