Ingredients
- 8 to 10 medium red potatoes (about 2 lb.)
- 1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimientos, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp. onion salt
- 1 lb. cheese, cut in cubes
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 2 slices bread, cut into cubes
Directions

1Place unpeeled potatoes in large saucepan.

2Cover with water; cook until tender, but firm.

3Drain.

4Cut potatoes in 1-inch cubes.

5Place in ungreased 2 1/2-quart baking dish.

6Add pimientos, onions, garlic and onion salt.

7Place the bread cubes on top.

8Pour butter over all.

9Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes or until bread is toasted.

10Yields 10 to 12 servings.
