  • 1 (2 lb) package frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 cup melted butter
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 14 cup melted butter

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Combine all ingredients except cornflakes and 1/4 cup of butter.

    Mix well and pour into buttered 13 x 9 pan.

    Combine corn flakes and 1/4 cup of melted butter.

    Sprinkle over the top of the casserole.

    Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
