   Combine cream cheese, butter and confectioners sugar in bowl; mix well.

   Combine milk and pudding mix in mixer bowl.

   Beat well. Fold in whipped topping.

   Alternate layers of cookie crumbs, cream cheese mixture and pudding mixture in 8-inch flowerpot, ending with cookie crumbs.

   Chill until set.

   Garnish with silk flowers just before serving.
