Ingredients

  • 3 large chicken breasts, halved
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can white wine
  • 1 pkg. Uncle Ben's wild rice with herbs
  • 1/2 pkg. fresh mushrooms, saute in wine

Directions

    Mix soups, rice, wine and mushrooms.

    Pour over chicken and let stand 2 hours in refrigerator.

    Bake at 350° for 1 3/4 hours uncovered.
