  • 1 lb. butter
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 c. flour, sifted
  • 3/4 c. milk

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar together well.

    Add eggs, one at a time. Add flour gradually and blend alternating with milk when adding each cup of flour.

    Pour cake into a tube pan and bake at 350° until done.
