  • 1 (8 oz.) pack cream cheese, softened
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3 c. flour, sifted
  • 3 sticks margarine
  • 6 eggs (room temperature)
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Blend cream cheese and margarine together. Add sugar, beating slowly. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating slowly after each addition. Add a small amount of flour at a time. Add vanilla and beat well. Pour into well-greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
