  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3/4 lb. Parkay margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 5 unbeaten eggs
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 3 c. flour

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar well.

    Add vanilla and eggs.

    Beat until fluffy; then add milk.

    Slowly add flour and beat on low speed until batter is smooth.

    Pour into tube pan or two loaf pans (greased and well floured).

    Bake at 325° (tube pan for 1 1/2 to 2 hours and loaf pans for 45 to 60 minutes).
