- 3/4 lb. Parkay margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 5 unbeaten eggs
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 3 c. flour
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar well.

2Add vanilla and eggs.

3Beat until fluffy; then add milk.

4Slowly add flour and beat on low speed until batter is smooth.

5Pour into tube pan or two loaf pans (greased and well floured).

6Bake at 325° (tube pan for 1 1/2 to 2 hours and loaf pans for 45 to 60 minutes).
