- 2 sticks margarine, whipped
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/4 Tbsp. salt
- 1 c. sweet milk
Directions

1Cream the margarine.

2Add sugar and eggs one at a time.

3Mix half of the flour, half the milk, salt and baking powder.

4Add remainder of milk and flour and then the oil and vanilla.

5Beat 1 minute.

6Pour in 10-inch tube pan.

7Put in cool oven and bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
