- 2 1/2 c. sifted self-rising flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. vegetable shortening
- 3/4 c. milk
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 c. margarine (at room temperature)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Bundt pan, greased very well
Directions

1Combine flour, sugar, vegetable shortening, milk, margarine, eggs and vanilla in large mixing bowl.

2Beat with mixer at medium speed for 20 minutes, scraping down sides occasionally.

3Pour into pan.
