  • 1 stick light butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 c. sifted Swans Down cake flour
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp. lemon extract

    Mix on low speed until blended well.
