  • 1 2/3 c. sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. mace

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating at least 2 minutes after each addition.

    Add flour, salt and mace. Add extracts.
