  • 9 whole eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. White Lily plain flour

    Grease and flour tube cake pan.

    Mix first 2 ingredients.

    Add eggs, one at a time.

    Add vanilla and gradually add sifted flour. Beat about 4 minutes at medium speed.

    Place in cold oven.

    Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.

    Cool in pan.
