- 2 c. sifted cake flour
- 5 large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. almond extract

1Cream butter and sugar well.

2Add one egg at a time.

5Sift in (fold in) flour.

6Bake in paper lined stem pan at 300° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
