- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. almond extract
- pecan halves
Directions

1Cream margarine until soft.

2Add sugar gradually; continue creaming until light and fluffy.

3Add egg yolks.

4Add flour gradually; fold in vanilla.

5Roll dough into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

6Press a pecan half into each cookie. Bake for 18 minutes at 350°.
