- 1/2 tsp. butter flavor
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. buttermilk
Directions

1Cream together margarine and sugar. Add to it 1 egg and beat, then 1 egg white at a time; beat.

4Add flour and baking powder and stir into batter with the buttermilk. Grease pound cake form and bake for 1 hour at 350°.
