  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp. butter flavor
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 c. buttermilk

Directions

    Cream together margarine and sugar. Add to it 1 egg and beat, then 1 egg white at a time; beat.

    Add flour and baking powder and stir into batter with the buttermilk. Grease pound cake form and bake for 1 hour at 350°.
