- 14 cup unsalted butter
- 5 cups miniature marshmallows
- 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups high-protein cereal
- 12 cup toasted sliced almonds
- 12 cup roasted sunflower seeds, salted
- 12 cup dried cranberries
- 12 cup milk chocolate chips
Directions

1Butter a 9 x 13 square pan.

2Melt the butter over medium-low heat in a pot large enough to hold all ingredients.

3Add the marshmallows and cook, stirring frequently, until the marshmallows have melted.

4Add the vanilla to the marshmallows.

5In a separate bowl, toss together the cereal, almonds, sunflower seeds and dried cranberries.

6Add to the marshmallow mixture and stir to completely coat.

7Stir in the chocolate chips, which will slightly melt.

8Working with buttered hands, press the mixture into the prepared pan.

9Cool completely and then cut into squares.

10Store in an airtight container.
