  • 12 ounces milk (can use skim, 1%, or Lactaid milk)
  • 4 ounces strawberries
  • 4 ounces cherries
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 4 ounces peaches
  • 1 (8 ounce) container of any flavor yogurt

    Put all the fruit into a blender, pour in the milk and yogurt. Blend at high speed for 45 seconds or until smooth. Pour and enjoy!
