  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Land O Lakes Butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 Land O Lakes Egg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/3 cup caramel dip or caramel apple dip
  • 1/2 cup caramel dip or caramel apple dip
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

    Heat oven 350F.

    Line 8- or 9-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil, extending foil over edges.

    Butter foil; set aside.

    Combine all crust ingredients in bowl; mix well.

    Press evenly into prepared pan.

    Combine brown sugar, cream cheese and flour in bowl; beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy.

    Add sour cream, egg and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla; continue beating until well mixed.

    Add 1/3 cup caramel dip; continue beating until well mixed.

    Spread filling evenly over crust.

    Bake 40-50 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.

    Combine 1/2 cup caramel dip and pecans in bowl; spread over cheesecake.

    Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
