- 34 cup brown sugar
- 1 14 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 34 cup sugar
- 13 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 12 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 34 cups boiling water
Directions

1Combine brown sugar and 1T flour mix; set aside.

2combine 1-1/4c flour with the granulated sugar and pecans,baking powder and salt.

3Mix well.

4Make a well in the center of pecan mixture.

5Combine milk, butter and vanilla and pour into well; stir together.

6Pour into a greased/floured 8 inch square pan.

7sprinkle with brown sugar mixture.

8Pour boiling water over batter; do not stir.

9Bake until pudding is bubbly and cake springs back a little to the touch.
