Praline Pumpkin Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
  • 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 1-1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
  • 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar

Directions

    Pour milk into large bowl.

    Add pumpkin, dry pudding mixes and pumpkin pie spice.

    Beat with wire whisk 2 min.

    or until well blended.

    (Mixture will be thick.)

    Gently stir in whipped topping.

    Spoon evenly into 10 dessert glasses.

    Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.

    Mix butter, pecans and sugar until well blended; sprinkle evenly over desserts just before serving.
