- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
- 3 Tbsp. oleo
- 1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/3 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/8 tsp. cloves
Directions

1Cream the oleo with 1/3 cup brown sugar; stir in pecans. Press evenly in a layer in pie shell.

2Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.

3Remove and cool 10 minutes on wire rack.

4Lower oven temperature to 350°.
