- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter (not margrine)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions

1Combine sugar and milk in sauce pan

2Place on medium heat, stir until begins to boil.

3Then stir occasionally.....Do Not Scrape Sides!

4Will set up.

5Heat to 200F....almost soft ball stage.

6Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.

7Do Not Stir Yet!

8When butter is melted completely, beat vigorously until glossy

9Pour over cake or other desserts.
-
10This is enough to glaze 1 8inch bundt cake.

11It will harden slightly when cooled.

12Serve and enjoy
