- 1 stick Unsalted Butter (1/2 C)
- 1/2 cups Evaporated Milk
- 1/4 cups Heavy Cream
- 1/4 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 cup Pecan Halves
Directions

1Melt the butter in a heavy medium sauce pan.

2Add evaporated milk, cream, and cinnamon.

3Cook over medium high heat until mixture begins to boil, stirring constantly. Cook to 234 to 240 degrees.

4Remove from heat and cool slightly. Beat mixture until thickens with hand held mixer.

5Stir in pecans and drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. If too thick, add hot water.

6The cooking time on this is completely fluid. I've made this recipe in 20 minutes and once it took 45 minutes.
