  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 2 level teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions

    Mix together sugar, flour, baking soda, vanilla, eggs, nuts, and pineapple with juice.

    Pour into 9x13x2 inch pan.

    Bake in a preheated 300 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes, or until done. Frost if desired.
