   put pasta in water with a cap full of oil in order to keep pasta from sticking

   cook up ground turkey.put sauce in pot and shake in some seasoning about 5 shakes

   stir sauce on medium so to not burn .

   check pasta when done drain and add in meat and sauce when cooked thoughly and stir together and serve
