  • 3/4 c. margarine or butter
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 3/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 3/4 c. buttermilk
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

    Cream margarine and sugar.

    Add eggs and beat well.

    Sift flour, soda and salt together.

    Add alternately with buttermilk.
