- 2 c. flour
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
- 1 c. butter or margarine, softened
- 1 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1/2 c. apricot or pineapple preserves
Directions

1Combine the first 4 ingredients, mixing well.

2Chill dough 2 to 3 hours.

3Roll dough out on a floured board to 1/4-inch thickness.

4Cut into 3-inch squares.

5Spoon 1/2 teaspoon preserves onto center of each square.

6Moisten edges of squares; fold pastry in half diagonally, making sure edges are even.

7Press edges together with fork or fingers until sealed.

8Bake at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes on ungreased cookie sheets.
