- 2 Tbsp. fat
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- dash of red pepper
- salt to taste
Directions

1Cut chicken into serving pieces.

2Brown in 2 tablespoons fat. Remove chicken and place into casserole dish.

3Brown onion slightly in same skillet.

4Simmer remaining ingredients in skillet for 30 minutes.

5Pour over chicken.

6Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
