Pretzel Animals

Directions

   Heat oven to 425°.

   Mix yeast, water, sugar and salt.

   Add flour a little at a time.

   Knead until smooth.

   Shape small amounts of dough into animal shapes.

   Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet.

   Brush with beaten egg.

   Sprinkle lightly with salt. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes or until brown.
