  • 2 c. crushed (not too finely) pretzels
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3/4 c. melted butter or margarine
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
  • 1 qt. fresh strawberries (can use two 10 oz. pkg. frozen)
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
  • 2 c. boiling water

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Mix pretzels, 3 tablespoons sugar and margarine.

    Pat into a 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Bake 7 to 8 minutes until toasty. Set aside to cool.
