  • 1 heaping c. crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) small carton Cool Whip
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 15 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Directions

    Mix crushed pretzels, 1/2 cup sugar and melted butter together.

    Pat out in pan and bake 5 minutes at 325°.

    Mix the cream cheese, Cool Whip and 1/2 cup sugar together.

    Spread mixture on top of crust.
