- 4 c. flour
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 beaten egg
- kosher salt
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water and add sugar and salt.

2Blend in flour.

3Knead until smooth.

4Roll into strips and shape pretzels (any shape you would like them in).

5Place on foiled cookie sheet. Brush pretzels with beaten egg and sprinkle on kosher salt.

6Bake at 425° for 12 to 15 minutes!
