  • 1 small bottle soy sauce (8 oz.)
  • 1 c. beef consomme soup
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 4 to 6 lb. brisket

Directions

    Combine all ingredients.

    Marinate overnight in refrigerator. Bake brisket in marinade liquid at 275° for 1 hour per pound. This tastes like prime rib.
