- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. milk
- dash of pepper
- 4 c. sliced potatoes
- 1 c. diced, cooked ham
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- paprika
Directions

1Combine soup, milk and pepper.

2In buttered 2-quart casserole, arrange layers of potatoes, ham, onion and soup sauce.

3(Be sure ham is covered to prevent drying.)

4Dot top with butter.

5Sprinkle with paprika.

6Cover.

7Bake at 375° for 1 hour.

8Uncover; bake 15 minutes, or until potatoes are done.
