- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) PLANTERS Pecans
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Reserve 20 pecan halves; chop remaining pecans.

2Set aside.

3Cook and stir pudding mix, margarine or butter and milk in saucepan over medium heat until mixture begins to boil; boil 1 minute.

4Remove from heat.

5Blend in sugar, chopped nuts and vanilla.

6Spread in greased and foil-lined 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.

7Top with reserved pecan halves, pressing lightly into fudge.

8Let stand until firm, about 1 hour
