  • 1 c. biscuit mix
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 8 to 10 hot dogs

Directions

    You will need wooden skewers.

    Blend egg and milk; stir in dry ingredients.

    Insert wooden skewers in hot dogs. Dip into batter until well coated and then fry in deep hot fat (375°) until golden brown.

    Serve with prepared mustard.
