  • 1 whole honeydew melon or cantaloupe, halved, seeded and peeled
  • 8 oz. very thinly sliced Prosciutto or smoked ham
  • 1 bunch green onion tops, cut into 48 (6-inch) strips

Directions

    Cut each melon half into 1/2-inch thick slices.

    Half slices to make 2 to 2 1/2-inch long slices.

    Wrap Prosciutto slice or ham around each piece of melon.

    Tie with green onion strip.
