- 2 eggs and one egg whites, mixed together
- 12 cup uncooked old-fashioned oatmeal
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 14 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt or 14 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon stevia
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or 1 teaspoon sugar-free jam
- cooking spray
Directions

1Mix first five ingredients together in a bowl.

2Spray a small non-stick frying pan with cooking spray and turn heat to medium.

3Add pancake mixture to pan, cook until edges are firm.

4Flip, and cook one to two more minutes.
